Refer a Friend

At Vitalis, we understand that great public sector workers know other great public sector workers.

As a leading partner in public sector recruitment, we have built strong relationships with employers in the sector, and potential candidates. Now, we’re inviting you to be part of our referral programme and help us connect with outstanding social workers who can make a real difference.

How the Referral Process Works

We offer a generous referral bonus of £250 for each referral you make. This bonus will be paid once the referred candidate completes 200 hours of work. The best part? There’s no limit to the number of referrals you can submit—refer more, earn more!

Become a Vitalis Talent Scout

You can refer public sector workers from across the UK. Whether they’re experienced or new to the field, as long as they’re new to Vitalis, they qualify for the referral.

How to Submit a Referral

To refer someone, check with them first! Then simply send us an email with the subject line ‘Vitalis Referral’. Be sure to include your name, contact information, and the name of the person you’re referring.

Please ensure you review the terms and conditions before making a referral. Referrals must be communicated directly by the referrer, so be sure to notify us when you make a recommendation.

  • To ensure fairness and transparency, please review the following terms and conditions before participating in our referral programme
  • Referred candidates must be ‘new’ to Vitalis, meaning we haven’t previously received their details through other channels.
  • The candidate that has been referred must be qualified. We offer £75 for unqualified referrals.
  • Only one person can claim a referral fee for each social worker. In case of a dispute, Vitalis’ decision is final.
  • Referrals must be emailed to us.
  • Referral fees will be paid by BACS and are taxable. Proof of holding a UK bank account in your name will be required.
  • Payment will be made once the referred candidate has successfully completed 200 hours.
  • Referral claims must be made within the first 12 months of the referred candidate’s employment. This also applies to a ‘found your own job’ bonus.
